Have you cleaned and oiled it? TYou can buy the cleaner and oil to do it and if you look online there is youtube video's showing how to do it.

Those things just need to be taken completely apart and thoroughly cleaned once in a while. I wouldn't call it rebuilding, just cleaning. The only part I've had to replace is the O-ring near the top of the cylinder.

Mine's about to take an ocean voyage, one way. New O-rings, new fuel, straight firing pin, oiled...out of ideas. I was in line buying fuel cannisters, the guy in front of me with a load of lumber shook his head, said they were the rage when they came out but soon not worth the trouble.
