Pictures show a cantilever deck of 2 x 6 non-treated lumber construction. Fresh wood has been "sistered" to the rotten timbers at the nearest beam support. SCARY!

I haven't seen the Holmes show, but would be impressed if he could talk the owner in to making this right!

I do Home Inspection and you would be scared to death if I posted some of the stuff I find. Even on new homes.
