Looking for 2-10 acres in Northern Ontario MUST be unorganized or unincorporated township. Plan, build small 25 x 30 foot log cabin plant a garden and do some hunting and fishing. What you get out of the deal? all improvements done to property remain with land owner after lease is done. Looking for at least 20 year lease. Also willing to help with your own cabin project if need be. Just can't afford land at this time in my life and by the time I can afford it I'll be too old to do the cabin lifestyle anymore.
