No, it is still for sale. The real estate signs on the pictures are from the original purchase. We will be listing it on MLS on March 15, 2011. As soon as it sells I will be looking for another country property that I can keep to myself. (after the divorce)

I am getting discouraged as there is very little sales activity in this area. We just reduced the price of the cabin to $74,500 if anyone is interested or might know of someone who is.
We would like to begin construction on our future cabin but that is all dependent upon the sale of the old one.

I have had a different lot for sale in Idaho for 2 years. in 2007 I would have had to beat them away with a club at double what I am asking now.
Unfortunate, to say the least.
