Larry, I looked at cabinconcepts and their products are very good. I had a question - how did you attach their cabin to your floor? I found out on their website that they do not offer flooring or foundation...

the wall base is screwed to the deck by the same screws used to join the panels. i used a foam seal where the walls meet the floor to fill any gaps and a caulk type sealer between the panels. it was all too easy.

I have property in Atlanta, MI and wanted to build a mini cabin 168sq ft. Are you saying that the bldg inspector said that we cannot build anything under 700? I am hesitant to go into talk with him as I may be building it without his input or tax hike.

i don't recall anything about size restrictions??? however i didn't get a inspector involved , like you i did'nt want to raise my taxes.

yes,i have been gone all summer but i have good reason. we decided to install water and a septic field. have a look at the work that has been going on.

so after the trench was laid the water line was installed. why i did that on a 90 degree weekend ill never know. when i returned home i was hospitalized with MRSA for 3 days and almost lost my left arm. then i started on the building and septic. tank
