Would love to see more pics if you have them. I would like to build 12x16 with shed roof similar to yours.

Very nice job. You know what I'd do, run a lean too type porch from the area between the top of the door to the 3 windows, run it out over the porch area. Cover the porch. You'd have light through the window's and a covered porch.
