Well, it's small heat pump.
Not a lot of btu output. 28,050 for the larger unit but running a 15 amp compressor. Assuming you get the tax credit it's $4,600 plus install. Also looks like it is intended to be used as an auxiliary to a primary unit.
I'm thinking a mini split heat pump would be easier

I contacted them and they said a smaller system for my small cabin would cost around $8000 total.

I agree with hueyjazz that an air source split system would be a lot easier to install, and probably a lot cheaper. But, in winter when the air temps get into the 20s or below (F) air source heat pumps are a lot less efficient. They do operate down to 0F these days, though. Ground water is the same temp year round, so a water source heat pump would provide heat efficiently no matter the outside temp.
