A big storm is heading up lake Ontario today with gusts up to 90km/hour. I anchored my outhouse this spring but the cabin is still just sitting on blocks. Got my fingers crossed.

fingers crossed too. I did some roofing work yesterday. Dotting I'nI's and crossing tees.
The guy I bought the roofing from threw in a ridge cap ... I was always like, what will I do with this when i have two "shed" style roofs on the chalet. but he was right. I fit the ridge cap over the exposed edge of the tall roof.
snug as a bug in a rug.

Good luck! We are apparently getting pounded as well...of course while I have a contractor there doing work on the porch. Sigh
