So here it is,thus so far.Not 100% done but I'm-a gettin there.I have had more fun in designing and building this place.Like a kid in a toy store! lol.

I love the old kitchen stove!!! The cat paw print in the old brick is really neat too and oh, the bedspread is gorgeous!!!!! You have a really nice place there. Do you have hot water in your kitchen sink as well as in the bathroom?

MJW,when I was a kid I had built a little shack cabin in the woods with help from my buddys .We use to go to the nearby town dump and pick up scrapwood and scavenge anything that could go into the cabin.Over the corse of 4 years,it got to be pretty nice.It had bunk beds,windows,woodstove,little kitchenette.Kept us busy and out of trouble,taught us alot about building too.Later on in life,I got into Mother Earth News.I'm sure you all remember that magizine.That had me thinking all the time about this but building a house and raising a family,working a 60 hour a week job put a damper on it.So here I am in my mid 50's still thinking about it.I just couldn't give it up,especialy with the internet as an unlimited resorce for knowledge and access to this stuff.

Hattie,I put a piece of pex tubining(plastic pipe) in from the heater pipeing to the kitchen sink but havn't got it hooked up yet.It's still on the "To Do" list.
Lisa,if you want to check out other video's of my adventures,go onto any Youtube video,type in RayBthesecond onto the search bar and that will take you to my video's.A lot of them are pretty corny but you can just watch the ones you want on the horses and trail rides.It's very pretty where we go riding and camping,especially a place called Otter Creek up in the Adirondak mountains here in upstate new york.
