This land has good road access from a secondary gravel road 15 miles off I-35 west of Sturgeon Lake Mn. It is very private. All adjacent land is state or county without access to anyone else. Thousands of acres. Thousands of red pine big enough to build homes with. Ponds and trails, bridges and decks, screen house, guest cabin and a small main cabin.
At one time we had it for sale for $330,000 but now we figure not everyone values privacy as much as we thought. Now we would take $230,000.
