What's the story on this stuff? It's in my price range.

I have never seen the stuff but I like this review I found over at HD
"Thermo ply is foil faced cardboard that is as structural as a toothpick and as waterproof as a papertowel.It cannot be left out exposed for any length of time.All it really does is a temporary moisture barrier if installed correctly.I tar paper over it all the time for a real moisture barrier behind T111."
