I recently bought a house on some property with a small cabin on it, which was (surprise!) in awful shape. Even though I wasn’t going to live there, it would have gone against my grain to leave it in the condition it was — roof leaks, mold, mildew, etc. So I have remediated the problems, that is, fixed the roof, got out all the bad stuff so, at some point, it’ll be ready to be “remodeled,†meaning wall prep, flooring — the things that’ll make it a home. Just new to this site and wanted to introduce myself.

A couple post-remedial. I’m not one to stop my work to take pics so interior shots can be for a later post.

The light is different (a.m. vs p.m.), but posting pic documenting the last few days of my getting the stained siding to look less awful, for what it is or isn’t worth.
