It is fun, mostly in the beginning. I've had mine for about 10 years, used it last week for the carport. I've done a boatload of work with it, truly satisfying moving earth (or snow for you guys) with ease. Also a bit relaxing to be sitting instead of working on your feet. But there is a lot of getting on and off to check progress or move things out of the way. And in my case, with three hand clutch levers and two brakes (required to steer), all requiring moderate muscle, it does get tiring.

Mine's sitting on that slope because I bump start it. The original battery is the size of an oven, and about $500. Too much for a machine that mostly sits.

Video of baby bulldozer at C&C Equipment, Indiana. I have been watching their videos for awhile. They buy low hours equipment and rebuild like new. Mine got an oil change, injection pump seals, and grease. It was owned by St Joseph, Indiana parks and rec dept. They used it to plow snow trails. So it's had an easy life.

1974 Heston 605C. It's really a Fiat (Fix It Again Tony) badged as a Heston for the US market. Actually it's been very reliable.

Inside looks used. More pics later. I think someone painted it. Used it on the mountain road yesterday. It do push dirt and rock nicely. I would like to take the top off. I'm 6'2" and getting in and out takes a lot of choice words.

Someone definitely painted it. Never seen the back side of track pads painted. Nor someone painting the blade black. But it dosnt look att beat to hell, has sharp grouzers and all the sheet metal looks straight.

You mean the roof panel? And climb in from the top? Mine also takes some twisty moves to get in, but after awhile you get to know the routine and it gets easier.
