12x20 with Board and battern siding and rough cut hemlock on the interior . Thanks to all who have helped so far and I figured I would post some pictures of my mad scientist project.
Went with a DV propane heater instead of messing around with a wood stove that with proper clearences would consume a good amount of my space. Still working on the lighting situation but I have gotten some good advice. Didnt have it ready for this hunting season but oh well I will have many more years ahead to enjoy.

From Rochester

We live east of Roch in Wayne. Our place is at Blue Mountain Lake.

...and I am struggling to find a newer sled myself this fall since I just sold my Polaris XLT Indy Special for a good price :)

I have never owned a sled before but I wouldnt mind finding an oldie to take the wife around since its the preferred method of transportation in the winter and Im right no the trail. Also would like to take it ice fishing. ANy suggestions dont want to spend a thousands on one and going 100mph does not wind my clock. just something to putt around on. Always loved the look of the old John deeres if they are still around at all.

I won't unnecessarily clutter up this forum with links useless to others who don't live in the area, but if you guys are interested in webcam links in and around the ADKS shoot me an e-mail and I'll share them with you.
offgridfanatgmaildotcom will get to be and I can send them back to you.

Nice,
What did you you finish the interior walls with? That looks nice.

For lighting, just bringing up something I have been considering.
That is a kerosene mantle lamp by Aladdin lamps. They have a hanging lamp:

I have not seen one work, but it sounds nice.
Problem is they are bit expensive and maybe dangerous (fire).

the walls are rough cut hemlock boards and they have already shrunk a bit which I had anticipated they would. Down the road I may use some sort of chinking to fill in the gaps but I am going to leave it as is for now. I just wish I would have had it finished for hunting/salmon season. I have thought about using some oil/kero lamps for a secondary source of lighting. thanks-B
