Michigan's Upper Peninsula, a few miles south of the Pictured Rocks Nat Lake Shore. Next week will be 1 yr since it's completion.

The wife and I live in a 680 sq ft 2-bedroom home in Colorado. Off-grid, raise bees, chickens and soon goats. My house is all electric with our own water well. We also purchase tax-lien property at auction and once we obtain the deed, we sell to fellow off-gridders.

Here's our tiny off-grid cabin on Lookout Mountain in North Alabama adjacent to Little River Canyon National Preserve. It don't look like much, but check out the view from the porch looking out over Shinbone Valley and the North Georgia mountains...

North of Dorset, ON. Some one in BC said they are on floats. thats what I'm thinking of doing. small scale in Ontario on small lake. Have to call it a houseboat, avoid all codes
