TheCabinCalls Member	# Posted: 26 Jun 2012 13:28 Reply So we like many of you don't have A/C. So what are your tricks for staying cool? What fans or other devices do you recommend? Is it just a matter of letting cool air in at night and keeping the sun out during the day? What do you know about the subject of staying cool?

Ann Member	# Posted: 27 Jun 2012 15:17 Reply Because it's still new (no close trees), my cabin is in the sun a lot. I use front and back screen doors, ceiling fans, a small floor fan and put automobile sun reflectors in the windows during the hottest part of the day. Nights are cool enough with good airflow. This system more or less works, although it does nothing to address humidity. Showers and ice cream help too.
