Thanks,the plans are my own, to be honest it just evolved on its own really.And yes we are getting ready to hit it hard have been preparing all winter lots of supplies stocked up will be going up after easter.And yes awesome area to be, just love it there.Good luck with your search.

We are still at it mostly have just been doing plumbing lately although the chimney pipe is almost complete we removed a few more stumps and have been burning as much as possible.Got further on the back deck some more beach cleared and the water heater is in.We are bringing our newest member of our family our 7 month old daughter Layla up for the first time this weekend.We also are bringing up the bath vanity thats one of the last big pieces needed to finish the upstairs im hoping to finish it before snow this year.

I forgot our neighbor stopped by and showed the kids and me how to make popcorn on a coleman stove at midnight in the moonlight it was a good time

holy cow didnt realize its been a year since I updated this we are still crawling along things are starting to get checked off slowly the chimney is done and the boiler is in the basement and the second floor has all the radiant tubing in.More soffits are done and added another window storm door is in deck almost done more insulation and wiring done kitchen is really close to being done cleared a ton of trees for the shop added on to the boardwalk and cleared more beach been having a blast hanging out with my boys!

I forgot I had transplanted some blueberry bushes last fall and they are doing really well and look awesome in the fall
