So for the past three winters I beat Father Winter at his own game by keeping my main water tank from freezing up. but this year he got me good.This sub-zero spell has frozen my 275 gallon water tank solid so today I installed my emergency 55 gallon water supply tank inside.(he-he)Father Winter,eat your heart out!lol.

oh the joys of water storage!!!!
looks like you got water now!!!
If I am at camp...and the weather get well below freezing...I just leave my water running a little out of each inside spigot ...for days sometimes. ( but I am on a well)
Hope your new set up meets your needs.

I have a 2550 gallon tank... I figure he will not be able to get it, although the cold was bitter (in the single digits) this year.
So far, so good! ;)

Interesting... Where are you located rayy?
How do you keep it from freezing in general (beside this year of course)?
