I just ordered an Ecotemp L5 tankless water heater to use for an outdoor shower. I have a well but no running water to my cabin so am planning on making an outdoor shower. Really just some walls, no roof and a place to change and hang the shower. Anybody have an outdoor shower they can post pictures of? I have an idea of what I think I will do but am interested in seeing other ideas. Thanks

I used dog ear fence panels off my outhouse. One is hinged to close it up for showering. I use the outhouse for changing and cloths storage.

Were pretty secluded so we have a 5 gallon bucket on a rope and pulley system and a couple beech trees around the wooden skid we stand on.works fine for us.Winter is no shower for 10-14 days and then a simple scrub down with hot water from the woodstove.My record for no shower is 21 days.My wife loves to hear that story--LOL

I built a shed and put the shower on the back side, facing he mountain. Found an old tub to stand in...

A friend of mine made one using a 100 gallon water tank and a 12v shurflo pump plumbed through a tankless water heater. The shower head was on a hose and had a built in shutoff valve. It worked really well.

This is the shower we built last summer with a Ecotemp L5 tankless water heat. It was one of the best things we built at the cabin last summer.

I went camping on Kauai in Hawaii years ago, at the napali coast, at the site they had an outside shower. It had a fence around it that was two feet off the ground and about 5 feet high. So you could see someone's feet and head while they showered, but nothing else.

Countrygirl, Love your outdoor shower. I have some used brick I am thinking of using for the floor. Key hooks are cool also.
bldginsp, I have also thought of doing something like that with a space at the bottom so any leaves can blow out or be washed out and yet short enough so you can see out. Thinking of incorporating some left over lattice at the top somehow.
Keep the pictures coming. Always helps to see others to get ideas.

So I finally had time to start on the outdoor shower. I was using left over posts, wood and brick for the floor. I will have to buy a few more boards to finish it out. The front area will be a little changing area and the shower on the other side.
