Hey, you cheated.

All done in a day. Looks nice. Are those considered "park model" trailers, under 450 sq feet? If so, then no property taxes on them. A nice way to roll for sure if it is.

Looks nice. Does that water level ever rise during heavy rains?

The boys is 12x28. Ours is12x32. The wife and started on the wirring in the boys cabin then the next day we got 9in of snow and they are calling for freezing rain and snow again today. We are in Missouri 14 miles east of west plains. The water level is down like 3 feet.

Hey, you cheated.

Nothing wrong with a prebuilt, it gets you out there enjoying it faster.

I'm practically your neighbor (give or take 100 miles as the crow flies). I went with a prebuilt and couldn't be happier. Mine is not nearly as mobile now that I've built onto it.

Our plains are to put a deck between the two and across the front of them and ramps up since both the wife and the boy have trouble with stairs. She is disabled and he is special needs and a dwarf so every thing in his is going to be built to fit him. I had his windows lowered so that he can look out them like we look out of ours. I am building cabinets to fit him also so no stock size any thing in his cabin.

Finally get to go work on the cabins. No snow or freezing rain in the forecast.
