We're living high now! Picked up this AC unit for 15 bucks at a garage sale. Blows cold! When it's 90+ degrees out, comes in handy. I just hope the mice don't make it their home. Gotta make a cap for the front somehow.

sorry for the sideways picture, I tried everything,...even turning it 90 degrees to overcompensate and saving it...no dice.

excellent --cold air is a must have at camp...!!!!

and yard sale priced to move!!!

my Hampton bay $30 dollar yard sale one is still going in my bedroom at camp . And I have big nice AC unit ( remote control) new from Home Depot for the Den at camp. AC prices have really went down over the years. I looked at some this week at HD for $99 bucks...if all it took as 99 bucks to be cool at camp...sign me up..lol...I like to rest well in a nice cool room!!!

We have a window unit from wal mart in our cabin but only run it when absolutely necessary. KwH prices are about double with a gas generator.

I have AC at the cabin and would stay home in the summer if it wasn't there.
I like my cool.
