Funny, the little MPPT controllers he shows are actually PWM controllers, exposed over a year ago on Amazon after they were torn down.
The guy does like his wiring I'll give him that!
I did find his comments on the fan noise of the inverters, I agree so I did try what he suggested only my inverter seems to have a temperature sensor built in because in just seconds after stopping the fan a loud beep alarm went off and the inverter shut off so what I did was remove the top cover if the inverter, put a protective cover over it to keep dust and things out so it can breath, removed the fan and it has run fan less and completely silent for the past two years with no issues.

I like his videos because he actually knows what he's talking about. He can explain all the components in his system, why he has it wired a certain way, the pros and cons to how he has it set up and the do's and dont's. Many other vidoes are simply; this goes here , this plugs into that and I mounted this with two screws. He would probably be able to explain this system to me as no one else seems to be able to/ pics attached lol.

Yeah he has totally gone through the trial and errors stages. If he started that long ago he did it in the age where internet was really new. Guess without youtube and google there would be a lot of trial.
