I'm getting ready to build 18'x24' cabin with 2 lofts 1in front and 1 in back. Materials consists of 8" rd telephone poles 6' tall 4' in ground 2' out notch for 2-2x10 rough cut headers (posts at 12' at 24' ends and 9' going 18') 2x8 rough cut f/j every 16" o.c. 3/4" t.g osb (7/16" osb under holding r30 insulation) 2x6 walls 10' tall but lofts ceiling height will be 8' . 2x10 ridge and 2x8 rafters at 16" o.c 3/4". Tg on roof and metal and 3/4 " with 1" hemlock batten. You thoughts would be appreciated

Omit the fiberglass under the floor. It will just be a nesting for mice and other rodents. Over your floor joists and under your 3/4" osb, use a bubble foil. A buddy of mine has done this in his camp and with his woodstove running the floor is not cold at all even at -10F.

I have also done a pole house using telephone poles, mine were closer to 12" in diameter and the main issue was getting them right on layout due to the rocky sandy ground I have at my build site. This is critical due to the fact that the walls sit right exactly inside of the poles and any variation will cause you problems with interior floor, drywall, etc....
I used R30 insulation in my subfloor and covered the bottom with plywood as you are going to do. If the method benny8 suggests will work, i would use it, not that I have had problems but just because it sounds easier and cleaner.

I was thinking of chicken wire over plywood and rapping onto headers
