mountain land $19-20K an acre in small pieces of 6 acres or less if undeveloped

Got our rocky mtn. 80 acres for $1000/acre.

in Ga. small pieces of property 1 to 20 acres.......3 to 5 thousand per acre in the country .
larger tracts......1500 to 2000 per acre was a LOT more , before the "big drop in real estate"...buyer's market now.

I got mine for about $4250 per acre. And it is real simple and basic Texas flat pasture land that was completely undeveloped.
