So I finally got the plumbing in, although it’s not complete but done enough so I can use the toilet and take a shower (cold). I built my shower enclosed out of green metal roof panels same ones as on the cabin. It was cheap, easy to work with, and I thought it looked cool. Then I sent a picture to my wife, she does not agree. What do you think?

I like simple & practical. I did my shower / tub with Galvalume and used stainless screws with the neoprene washers. I also have a Forest Green roof and pondered on using identical tin but with water staining etc, I chose galv which was a smart move, as I do have some hardness and even with Galv it shows but it's easier to cleanup.
I got a tad carried away with the steampunk plumbing... LL, makes it "interesting" but works like a charm.

I thought of the staining issue also I thought the galvalume wasn’t going to look right with the white pan. It was only $60 in parts so if I need to pull it out no big deal. Yours looks cool with galv tub for a pan.

I used a Sheep Trough as the base, the drain was installed after I used an air tool that makes flanges so that it would slip in nice & snug so it wont leak. I made sure that I have no "sharps" anywhere and had my tin guy bend me some rolled U-Channel out of the same tin to make the edges & sides. I also used a HepVo Waterless P Trap under there which gave me better clearance. All my plumbing is "on surface" with nothing in walls or under concrete, which makes clearances important and having waterless P-Traps makes sense for my build.

In my opinion it looks fine. But I don't like a cold shower except on the very hottest of days.

Shower looks great, I love the colors of your cabin, ie the chestnut brown and the green roof. IMHO, best color combo out there. (I have the same combo as do many others in here)

It will only be cold until my next trip to work on the cabin. Need to install the water heater, this trip was to install the toilet and build shower.

From the exterior pictures I sense you'll get snow in your area. How did you air seal the wall behind the galvalume sheeting so that hot shower moisture doesn't get behind the panels and condense on the cold exterior sheathing?

The whole cabin is insulated and sealed so no cold air should get to the shower walls

Looks good from here, good idea!
Funny about cold showers. My wife can take a shower without even turning the hot water on, any day of the year. Me, if a drop of water hits me before the hot kicks in I'll jump out the window.

Lesson Learned Dept:
I strapped the walls after having painted them, once strapped I put 6 Mil Vapour Barrier which I sealed with Acousti-seal & tape with the plastic coming into the "tub" at the edge under the tin, so if any water get's in it can only drain into the tub. Never under-estimate water and how much it can fool you. A simple ounce of prevention can save a heap of stress and prevent blue air ! PS: Make sure the edges of your Tin are opposite the water flow so your not splashing water in to the seams...

What I was getting at was the practice of installing a shower (typically a kit with a base pan and walls) up against an exterior wall that doesn't have moisture resistant drywall (or cement board) covering it from floor to ceiling. The wall may be insulated but there's no solid barrier to prevent moisture vapor from getting into the stud cavity (a vapor barrier usually isn't sufficient to stop all moisture from getting in).
With a corrugated material lining the shower there has hopefully been a full sheet of drywall added behind it (mudded and taped so that any steam that gets behind the corrugated panel can't also get into the stud cavity).
For the same reason when you install a tub against an exterior wall it's important to run either plywood or cement board behind the tub down to the floor so that you air and moisture seal the wall cavities.

What is it that your wife doesn't like? Maybe a shower curtain (of her choosing) might smooth things over? For what it's worth, I like it, but I'd be thrilled to have an indoor shower at our cabin

Your original post implies it was an issue of appearance only. In which case, it appears your wife needs to be reminded of the purpose of a shower.
If it does relate to water temperature, then she might not be wrong.

Yes, but I am frequently working on these things by myself with the wife 4.5 hours away. She has trouble visualizing things before they are done. Most of the time she likes what I do. Once in a while though....
