Do any of you have any experience with these? I was thinking of getting one for the tractor at the cabin but Because I likely won’t be at the cabin when the snow falls most times am concerned about it’s performance in snow that’s several weeks old and frozen/crusty.

Some of the best money I ever spent ,always works any snow or ice ,it moves the snow without making snow banks to catch

3 point blower on an open cab, HELL NO!!!! lol
Grew up moving snow with a 3 point blower and end loader.

If you have live PTO they are great, if you don't it's a learning curve on how to use them and you may have to take a few passes to avoid bogging the tractor down.

If you have a gravel driveway make sure you have the skid pads down so you leave 1/2" of snow on the ground and make sure the cutter edge isn't angled down otherwise you will end up with your gravel piled up with the snow 10 feet away come spring.
Don't blow snow at the house or vehicles, unless you want to replace windows and have dents and chips.

Once the drive has frozen good and you have some hard pack down you can roll the cutter edge down and it won't pick up too much gravel.

I like a blower better than a plow or bucket, eventually you will run out of places to push snow, with a blower you won't

Just put my blower on, after lunch. Always better to do it on a nice warm day. I have waited, a while and worked in a blizzard. not fun

What sparky said is correct. old243
