Hi all, I'm having a contractor build a one-room cabin guest house on lot next main house. Cabin location is slightly uphill from active creek bed, and behind two large hardwood trees on either side of where the will be located.
Completely off grid, and no water, toilet, or sink installation.
Basically two twin beds side by side and a built in bunk bed. And a wood stove
I want the stilt supported guest house or cabin accessible year round for family and guests.
