I saw this product used on the new Holmes and Holmes building show (out of Ontario, Canada).Mike Holmes and his son are now buying, renovating and selling houses and one of their projects required a very small septic leach field (plus they didn't have enough depth for a proper field) so they added a third treatment chamber installed AFTER the two main treatment tanks.
This extra tank can result in a septic field that is up to 75% smaller than a standard field.
