I am just starting to try and find a lot in WV on the Greenbrier River. I love your idea of saving the rain and showering with it. Looks like a great place.

Have you looked upriver from Cass? Durbin to Wymer is pretty economically depressed. Though no cell service due to Greenbank. There are some cheap lots in the flood plain along the SB of the Potomac, particularly near Levels or Springfield.
