otterplc Member	# Posted: 9 Jul 2008 11:43am Reply Have you looked upriver from Cass? Durbin to Wymer is pretty economically depressed. Though no cell service due to Greenbank. There are some cheap lots in the flood plain along the SB of the Potomac, particularly near Levels or Springfield.
