Very cool, butt & pass version of Stoney's easy build log cabin? Do you think your eaves overhang enough to keep water off the wall?

Yep! Got his book a year or so back looked it over and decide to build this first before we took on a shop. Gutters will be in place but got some pretty good rain last week and seemed to keep most of the rain off, but could have went a little longer. Also miscalculated our rafters so a ridge pole is going in next few weeks to be safe. Its been a fun build and cost has been low and a learning experience. .

Low cost and high learning is a very good thing. What is the footprint size? Our grass is still green here in N. Idaho so you must be southern?

12x18 in clearwater probably south of you but not that much south we have been pretty dry but been getting a little rain last week.

Thanks Neb living in it right now off the grid still lots of work to do but not to bad should have built bigger but I didn't want to push the building codes here.
