I wish I would have found this site sooner! Here is our 12x16 we started building in November but actually started excavating in September. All work has been done myself except we hired out the concrete pad pour to a friend and his crew.

Nice work... I like the "wings" on the gambrell roofed building. It will help take it from "barn" to cabin, plus adding a good deal of sqft.
