I have driven a 2 inch pipe down 25 feet and am in 4 feet of water is that enough water or should I go down deeper or my going deeper do I run the risk of getting into drier soil?

It really depends on your local geology but with only 4’ of water in the well you run the risk of drawing int down below the top of the screen and loosing prime. Are you using a hand pump or electric pump?

Try leaving it as is...if you start to run out you can always drive it further in.

2" pipe limits what you can put on as a pump; I know, I have a 2 1/2". And depending upon the season and ground water level I may or may not have water at 25' (best I can tell it goes to 40ish'), 25 is the recognized limit for what a hand pump and what many smaller elec pumps can lift. Iirc pumps can push water easier than lift/pull it but the only pump I could find that fits inside my pipe is a 'water test pump'. The one I had was 2-stage/12vdc and one stage froze up, no rebuild kits, so it was buy a whole new pump at about $150 usd now or???
So we went with a filtered rain barrel for utility water and carry in potable as needed.
Since you are already set up to drive Do It Now or regret it later; there is no downside to deeper afaik. That 2" pipe does not have a lot of water in it even if 4' deep (there are online calc's for that) and depending upon your pumps gpm you could suck it dry in minutes if the 'recovery rate' is slowish.

Do I risk getting out of water by driving down another 3 feet or should I just drive it another 3 feet to get into hopefully 7 feet of water should that be enough?

I have a 2 inch casing pipe but am putting an 1 1/2 pvc pipe inside the casing pipe with a foot valve

So guess whats gonna happen when whatever your water level in the pipe drops to that 25' and there is x number of feet below that?

That is kinda what I was thinking from your 1st post.
Now calc how much water that is inside a 2" pipe for 4' when you hit 25'.
If the porosity of the ground fills that well point fast enough and/or your pump doesnt draw down too fast (ie, the fill and pump out has to match) you may be able to keep water flowing. If not you hit that 25' and no more comes out the top.

The company I bought my sand point well gave me this information. Flush your point out. While driving in it will get mud n such on the screen. Use compressed air to flush, figure out a way that works for you. Pouring fresh water in the pipe can give you a sense of the flow, how fast does it go down. If it doesn't rise while putting water in your probably in an aquafir.
I've got mine started but need to freight a driver to finish. I have a lift pump that draws from a hose put down the pipe. It comes built for a 1/2" hose. If I have trouble lifting I have smaller tubing to install on it.
Good luck n let us know how it goes. A lot of folks don't have much other options.

One thing I don't know is if I am in 4 feet of water if I go down another 3 feet do I risk getting into ground with limited or no water?

What length of screen do you have? 5 feet?
No one can tell you what might happen if you drive another 3 feet.

As already stated, if you're already at 25', it's not going to matter how much deeper you go as the pump will be ineffective at depths below 25'. Just set it up as it is right now and see how it performs. No one can tell you what'll happen exactly if you go 3' deeper.
Do you have any neighbors, or well drillers, nearby you can consult about this? I know when I was researching putting in a well, at least one company, that I can remember anyway, had access to a database of all wells drilled in the area over a period of time. That way they were able to tell me what to generally expect (depth, GPM, etc.) if drilling a well for my cabin.
