hi all been a fan of the site for several years finally joined, got my little cabin done here in Tennessee on the red river, love reading the info and finally decided to explore a little more thanks for having such a cool place with so much information heres my little piece of heaven, this was taken in 09 right before the flood in 2010, its still there and cleaned out just had to do some remodeling on the inside

I am 6 ft, it got about 7 ft inside

Wait, the water was high enough it covered the stilts, and then 7ft of the inside??? Whoa!

well its on a creek , that during the summer is barely canoeable...that's why the stilts...in 10 when we had the big flood the creek got up so high because of the river backed up I never dreamed it would get into the cabin old timers called it a 100 yr flood
