I was reading that exterior fuse panels are hinged at the top, like the two on the ends in this photo (it's at our firehouse, under and eve). But the center one swings sideways. Would this not be rated for exterior use?
That top ledge does NOT hang over the door when shut, it is flush with it.

The way the top is made, I suspect its rated outdoor.
