39 km by snowmobile...28 km as the raven flies...only problem is in the summer it is floatplane only...8 minute flight but $400 each way. But it is a true getaway. I could probably get there with a canoe in the summer but it would be multiple portages (one of which would be about 9 km and probably 2 days paddle each way).

Right now I'm ~20 miles and 30 minutes from the property. Hope to make it zero miles and zero minutes this year if I can!
