A friend has a cabin to be moved, it a 12x12, 2x4 construction with t-111 siding, 1 room with a loft. Does anyone know about what this would weigh? could it be moved on a car trailer? I realize this is not much info but it all I know..

Its going to be heavy. A tandem axle car trailer, rated for 7500 lbs included weight of trailer. I bet you will be well over. And going down the road with anything over 8'6" requires special considerations.

Others (Owen) may know better, but I'm thinking a 7500 lb trailer should be enough.

I made up a materials list of the 12x20 cabin I built, and weights of bunks of the materials and did the math. Its built way way heavier than yours, and came up with about 13,000 lbs,
