I don't know much if anything about off grid power but I just saw this and it might fit for some people. A little pricey though. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0196GQAKM/?tag=smacab-20

Think I started off by saying I know nothing about solar. And also it was a little pricey in my opinion.

Well it certainly is a pricey solution, especially given what it put's out power wise.

This product line falls within the Plug'n Play "just use it but don't understand it" consumer products. Similar Lines from Coleman / Sun-Force & Grape Solar "packaged kits". These do have a lot of appeal for camper's and part time outdoors use... what could be more simple than having a Power Pack to recharge your Techno-Widget's & Doohickey's while "getting away from it all" Interesting to note that these "Kits" are double to almost triple the cost of the actual components they use, if you look at the actual components and very few are MPPT which is costlier (not by much @ manufacturing point) so mostly all PWM.

2017 will see the 500w + panels hit the market along with a few new player's. Battery Tech is leaping forward and with some very recent innovations, that market is about to make huge changes - especially in the LiIon area as latest breaking tech has found a way to lower cost, double power density and make the batteries 100% safe (read non-combustible / explosive). Key Points for the Transportation Sector which has been dying for and also for the Home Power Sector as the need for a SAFE power storage system is critical.

BTW If you can Stream, Download video's a good watch is an episode of Nova Feb-01-2017 "Search for the Super Battery"

Streamed to US only from PBS site.

Love my Renogy 100 watt kit I bought a few years ago. No more generator noise or stinky fuel. I think I paid less than $300 for it.(minus the battery)...
