For anyone that had screw piles installed, what did you use to attach them to the beam? Through bolts are the obvious choice, but wondering if anyone just ran structural screws instead.

I'm sure you'd be fine with properly sized construction screws. Are you trying to choose between the two? I'd use throughbolts, even if you could use screws.
