Here's a nice handcrafted kit by Creasey in Woodinville, WA. Logs only=$12,000. Complete kit=$31,000, Turnkey=$39,000 (== $216/SF!)

This is a photo of the demonstration cabin on their lot, I looked at it before I built mine. I really liked the classic lines.

Neat design. I like the lengthwise porch, but we weren't able to pull it off.
