Anyone done this. I cant find any material on the net or stories where this was done. Now granted im not a very experienced builder of any kind, but in my mind this seems like it would be easy to build the stick frame with proper spacing for whatever paneling or covering you would want. I started thinking of this after pricing custom built cabinetry .
Im eventually going to give it a shot, I was thinking just start my cabinets right on my subfloor and do my hardwoods after the cabinet frames are fastened down
Share your cabinet building experience with me if you want, I could use some inspiration, would love to see some pictures if you have them.
At any rate, ill post mine once i frame them.. hopefully it will turn out as well as I imagine it can.
