This might be a good place to use Screw Piles - they don't disrupt the soil and can be placed as deep as needed (determined by their engineers). I'm not sure what your site is like, but it might be a good option. http://www.postech-foundations.com/ There are a few individuals on these forums whom have used Postech foundations and even one member whom runs a Postech dealership I believe.
