I was wondering if 60 feet is too far from the septic tank to build a cabin? It is downhill all the way, total drop is probably 2-3 feet to the septic tank inlet and I will be using 4" pipe. I look forward to any input. Thanks!

60 feet is no problem, the minimum slope for your inlet pipe to the tank is 1" for every 4 ft.

no problem at all----my new septic is about 60 foot as well--- 1/4 '" per foot...on the drain pipe and you are good to go....
