Thinking on either 2 or 3 bedrooms, main living room, and seperate kitchen. I have a well already there and a electric pole isnt to far away. Just not sure how to lay it out.

Wow...those will be some tiny bedrooms.
We are finishing up ours, a 20 x 32 with one bedroom, a loft bedroom and a greatroom that combines the living area, kitchen and dining room.
I can't imagine trying to break that up to allow for 3 bedrooms.
We didn't have plans...just drew it out on a piece of paper.

Yeah. I'm with MJW. Our place is about the same - actually a little shorter at 25ft and we have one bedroom, a loft bedroom, a bathroom, and an open area kitchen-dining-living room. Plan a little bigger if you need 3 bedrooms unless they are small. My neighbor has a place about your size planned and it has 3 small bedrooms but no bath and a kitchen counter at on end. He built with all the bedrooms along the back and all open along the front, so each bedroom must be about 9 by 9.

This is my plan 28'x32' with a 3/4 loft. P ut a shed dormer on the backside so I have a lot of room for storage and a couple bedrooms upstairs if they are ever needed.

we are building a modified version of this http://www.drummondhouseplans.com/house-plan-detail/info/1001168.html
kept everything the same, kicked it out from 24x20 to 30x20, makes a nice improvement in the bedrooms.
