This last weekend I took a timber framing class with Craig Roost in Janesville, Wisconsin. I certainly increased my knowledge of timber framed structures, which I will use over the winter to build the 12' x 10' shed adjacent to my garage over the winter.
If you are located in the Midwest and interested in learning about timber framing, Craig will be offering a class in the spring.
