Got the panels installed over the weekend. We installed the new set in series, and then combined the new and old in parallel to the charge controller. We went from 65 watts to 310 watts on the charge controller.

Got the new panels installed over the weekend. Installed them in series and then into the Midnight Solar E-Panel. We went from ~65watts on the Outback screen to 310 watts. I used Superstrut for the rails and attached to the panels with Z brackets and then used a piece of Superstrut as a spacer to lift the rails off the roof.

Nice install. Are you sure you dont have a dead pannel on the old set? Or was one string in the sun and one not?

It was overcast and the old set is shaded in the morning and late afternoon. New set is in the sun most of the day.
