My 14 year old 100 watt 2 BB panels @ 600 watts are out producing my new 200 watt 18 BB panels @ 800 watts by a conservative 10 to 15% using identical location, cables and SCC....who'd a thunk it?

I think you have a bad 200w pannel some where.

I agree, sounds like underperformance on that. Id be checking the open voltage at each, or if series wired the total of each set, on a good solar day to verify they are meeting or close to spec.
