Well, the little bugger not only charges much faster than my BTR Lfp batteries but also has longer run time and a much smoother charge profile, have a second 24 on the way because these BTR batteries not up to the new standard set by the 24 (will use a BTRs as backups).

Yeah my new 24s pack a good punch. In fact, against the manufacturers advice and everybody here on the forum, I have been starting and running my little hot rod at the city house with one for some time. Done many cold starts while carb tuning, even driven it around the block a couple times. Its a small 100hp engine, turns it over as well as an FLA. Plus a lot lighter to pull in and out, and no corrosion. If it dies im only out a hundred. My big worry is it will catch fire, burn the car, me and house down! The alternator is just a small tractor permanent magnet thing, never seen over 13v. IMG_5702.jpeg

1940 American Bantam. Built in Butler, Pa under rights from British Austin. Very small indeed, here it is parked next to a Smart Car, before I painted it. Used to drive it a lot, nowadays my stiff old bones barely fit in it.
