Jimmy2shoes Member	# Posted: 11 Apr 2021 16:01 Reply Does anyone have any recommendations for a reputable builder in the area? I have contacted a couple builders that didnt seem interested. Looking to have a 30x30 cottage built. I'd like to do the interior work so basically just framing the shell. Ideally they would take care of permits and all that, but I do have some drawings for scissor trusses and I joists already. There is a block foundation in place already.
