Has anyone bought land from the Dignam Corporation? Any problems financing it or building on it? I'm looking in BC.

I didn't, but I think they wouldn't be around for so long if they weren't legit. Also, I think they're mostly for 'remote' buyers, i.e. people who cannot do their own shopping due to distance and time constraints.

Bought three properties already, but I am BC-er  so I knew EXACTLY what I was buying (the area, usage, surroundings,easement, right of way ..). If you don't know the area of property and buying "online", I recommend to do your investigation homework (this is NOT Dignam's deficiency..it is your homework). Ask for a copy of Land Title from Dignam, to see if there are any covenants and restrictions before closing the deal. Otherwise excellent and simple services from Dignam, I will definitely buy a land from them again, once I will see any good deal for me again !!!!!

I never used dignam myself but was seriously considering it for a while (I could go see the places interested in) and all I heard about them was Good Stuff but like Tanzilla says your homework & checking it out.
